捷克,悬浮住宅 / jan šépka

住宅的入口处是一个倾斜的钢板,钢桥供人们进入住宅,而且适应了基地高程的变化。šépka把主要的生活区域安排在底层,底层有着两倍高度的最大向外的视野。同时这一层还包括一间厨房,一个卧室和卫生间设施。起居室的楼梯可以直接上到上层的主卧。私人的办公室被安排在最上层,这个办公空间有一个落地的全景玻璃,提供居住者阳光和很好的景观。


在一个单独的基础支撑上建造一个木制的房子,这个项目复杂的木框架结构需要完全用电脑进行准备。在工作开始之前,梁使用3D铣床机器进行切割,这样使施工进度变得更加简单和高效。为了保证房屋结构的稳定性,结构中的不规则形状被分割为平面三角形。在外部,建筑用聚氨酯进行绝缘保护,屋顶上也添加了防水元素进行保护。

the house is entered via a steel footbridge that takes into account the plot’s change in elevation. šépka placed the property’s main living area at ground level, where a secluded double-height space maximizes external views. a kitchen, a bedroom, and washroom facilities are also found on this storey. access to the next above is from a staircase that leads from the living room to the master bedroom above. a private office is contained within the uppermost storey, with a floor-to-ceiling window providing daylight and views.designed as a wooden house that sits on a single concrete support, the scheme’s complex timber frame was entirely prepared on computer. before work began on site, beams were precision-cut using a 3D milling machine — resulting in an easier and more efficient construction schedule. in order to assure the home’s structural stability, its irregular shape has been divided into planar triangles. externally, the building has been insulated with polyurethane and protected from the elements with a waterproof spray.project info:author: jan šépka
