小住宅设计 南弗农大道的透视街景

在入选未来奖项的项目中,tsai and rychlicki的小房子鼓励人们共同生活,但并不会损害每个人的隐私。每一个单元的建筑面积仅有288平方英尺,依靠他们邻居的住户创造出共同的天井空间,额外增加144平方英尺的面积。此外,中间对角线形成的空间为一组家庭所共用,这为人们带来了更大的共享空间,人们可以在这里举行各种各样的集体活动。

作为传统窗户的替代品,建筑师们加入了半透明的聚碳酸酯来加固胶合板的结构。根据它所提供的程序,通过不同尺寸的胶合板进行切割开孔。在白天,聚碳酸酯板会吸收大量的光线使其进入房屋,同时在外部散发出表示欢迎的光亮。为了最大限度地曝光曝光,所有的屋顶都朝北、南或南北均有朝向,从而增强了每个单元的特征。

perspective rendering on south vernon avenueshortlisted for the future projects award, tsai and rychlicki’s ‘tiny homes’ encourages communal living without compromising one’s privacy. each unit, with a gross floor area of  only 288 sqft, leans on its neighbor to create intimate joint patios which contribute an additional 144 sqft. moreover, a diagonal entry though the cluster of homes opens up the site and reveals a larger shared area that can host a multitude of activities.as an alternative to traditional windows, the architects incorporate translucent polycarbonate to hug the plywood structure. openings are cut through the plywood at varying dimensions, depending on the program it serves. in the daytime, the polycarbonate panels absorb ample light into the home while emitting a welcoming glow on the exterior. to maximize light exposure, all roofs face north, south or both, thereby adding character to each unit.jay tsai x ryszard rychlicki masterplan including central community spacesectional view![tiny-home-jay-tsai-designboom-edit](http://www.designboom.com/wp-
