负责管理的建筑师- nbbj ,设计了一幢以引人注目的线条为特征的建筑,当游客从市中心到这个岛游玩的时候,展厅成为了校园的第一印象。屋顶有八峰起伏,概念模仿周围的的钟山和石山。每一个高峰都有一个明亮的天井,它将自然光带到地板上,而灯炮的概念还在设计中继续运用在八个被五角大楼形状的办公室研究大楼的设计中,这些建筑环绕着它们的室内庭院。

该方案采用了在自然环境和当地建筑中发现的线索,再加上反映了当代中国文化的现状的设计。结果看到一个促进创新力、合作和想象力的校园。与此同时光研究是为了针对不同时段和全年的策略确定最佳采光和遮阳。这引导我们创造出具有象征意义的屋顶,太阳光直射到整个建筑,使建筑产生光影。

可持续的校园和建筑策略被纳入整体的超级计划中。这包括站点的密度和均衡的站点覆盖率,绿色屋顶,综合水保持和分布,自然通风,回应周围环境的正立面,充满自然光线的内部空间和地热条件为所有的建筑。


the architects in charge –NBBJ– designed the building characterized by its dramatic roof-line; the exhibition hall is the first impression of the campus as visitors approach the island from downtown. the roof undulates with eight peaks, mimicking the neighboring zhong and stone mountains. each peak features an oculus / light well that drives natural light into the floor plates and the concept of the light cannons is continued in the design of the eight, pentagon-shaped office research buildings, which wrap around interior courtyards.the scheme takes cues found in nature and local architecture, coupled with

design reflecting the current state of chinese culture. the result sees a

campus that promotes creativity, collaboration, and innovation. meanwhile

light studies were conducted to determine the best daylighting and shading

strategies for different times of the day and all throughout the year. this

lead onto the creation of the symbolic roof which overhangs and shades the

entire building from direct solar heat gain.sustainable campus and building strategies were incorporated to the overall

masterplan. this includes the site density and balanced site coverage, green

roofs, integrated water retention and distribution, natural ventilation,

responsive facades, naturally-lit interior spaces, and geothermal conditioning

for all buildings.
