越南,河内,新型绿色校园建筑-越南FPT大学理工楼 / VTN architects

在河内,VTN architects设计的FPT理工楼项目是建立FPT大学这一更大蓝图的第一阶段。该规划旨在使FPT大学成为有环保意识的大学。这栋楼相当于校园的大门,其结构包括简单的模块,并具有一个大胆的棋盘模式,其中凹孔容纳着自然植被。在这里,树木作为一个绿色的表皮,减小了通过窗户的直接热传递。

FPT大学位于越南能源短缺的地方,因此我们采用被动式设计来减低建筑物对主动系统的依赖。该方案还把充足的自然光引入楼内,从而减少人工照明的需求。线性结构以适应盛行的微风为导向,利用交叉通风降温。同时,绿植和邻近的湖泊有助于降低大气温度。

由于FPT大学提供信息技术(IT)的相关课程,校园的设计是为了促进物理和虚拟环境之间的健康平衡。作为总体规划的第一个建筑,该方案需要尽可能灵活地设计,并能够适应各种各样的纲领性要求。同时,承重结构由混凝土建造,标准化的模块允许在一个紧凑的时间框架内更高质量的完成。

自然植被通过一个阶梯式的花园延伸到建筑物的顶部,学生和工作人员都可以使用。“越南城市化和城市致密化的加剧对城市植被和城市人口与环境的密切联系产生了巨大的影响。这里每个房间的植被和室外花园使建筑与大自然保持着密切地联系。”VTN architects介绍说。

designed by VTN architects, the FPT technology building in hanoi is the first stage of a larger masterplan to establish the vietnamese university as a leading environmentally conscious institution. serving as the gateway to the school’s campus, the structure comprises simple modules, and features a bold checkerboard pattern where recessed voids contain natural vegetation. here, trees operate as a green skin to reduce direct heat transfer through the building’s windows.

as the university is situated in an area that experiences frequent energy shortages, VTN employed passive design strategies to reduce the building’s dependence on power. reducing the need for artificial illumination, shallow floorplates ensure generous amounts of natural light. the linear structure is oriented to accommodate prevailing breezes and utilizes cross ventilation for cooling. the trees and the adjacent lake help to reduce the air temperature further.

since FPT university offers information technology (IT)-related courses, the campus has been designed to encourage a healthy balance between physical and virtual environments. as the masterplan’s first building, the scheme has been designed to be as flexible as possible, and is capable of accommodating a variety of programmatic requirements. meanwhile, the structure is built out of affordable concrete, with standardized modules that allow a higher quality finish to be achieved in a condensed time-frame.

nature also extends on top of the building with a stepped garden that can be used by both students and staff. _‘the increased urbanization and densification of vietnamese cities are having a large impact on urban vegetation and what was once the urban population’s strong connection with the environment,’_ says VTN architects._ ‘the trees in each room and outdoor gardens allow a constant connection with nature.’_
