荷兰,乌得勒支,荷兰某流动玻璃立面可持续建筑 / EVA Architecture

通透性是EVA Architecture建筑事务所在荷兰设计建造的“曲线”办公大楼组织架构的核心,因此也成为该设计的重要起点。全玻璃立面使能见度和透光性达到了最大化。这座建筑的外形基本上遵循了现有的附近建筑的线条,而立面根据内部功能的需求时而凸出,时而凹进。立面的边缘还在特定的位置与立面的其他部分分离,并提供了遮阳篷来防止阳光暴晒。

二层的悬挑结构位于两层结构的交叉位置,拥有最好的视野,也突出了拐角处的设计。就在荷兰EVA Architecture建筑事务所设计的“曲线”大楼的二层背面,悬挑结构退回到原位,创造了一个屋顶花园,并以此作为主入口的标志。整座建筑的电力都是由太阳能板产生的。栽种了Mossedum草的屋顶提高了雨水的渗透能力。可控制二氧化碳的区域组合式空调机组和二氧化碳探测器能够保证不造成能源的浪费。该办公大楼将被评为4A级节能建筑,其节能效果比官方的规定高出了70%。


transparency is a core value of the organization that will occupy EVA architecture’s ‘the curve’ office building in the netherlands and has been therefore an important starting point for the design. the all-glass facade maximizes visibility and light penetration. the shape of the building follows in essence the existing building lines of the adjacent buildings, the facade jumps in and out where an exception is requested by program or function. the facade rim also detaches from the rest of the facade at specific points and provides canopies to limit sun exposure.

on the corner of the intersection and the best view, the second-floor cantilevers to accentuate the corner. the same floor jumps back at the opposite side of dutch based firm EVA architecture‘s ‘the curve’ to create a roof garden and mark the main entrance. the electricity for the entire building is generated by solar panels. the mossedum grass roof improves infiltration of rainwater. CO2-controlled zone air handling units and presence detectors for lighting ensure that no energy is wasted. the office building will have an energy label A ++++ and perform 70% better in energy preservation than is required by official regulations.
